Heavily wooded with a great stream running through the middle of the campground. Owner, Buck, was great to visit with and came by site regularly to check on us. Large tent sites with many trees making for a secluded camping experience. However, motorhomes were kinda close together. THE prettiest and roomiest campground we have experienced. Buck was a great host and we WILL return. RV parks closer in to Ruidosa are sardine factories and not for us...Restrooms/showers were squeaky clean and Buck even provided towels....outstanding Thanks for a great camping experience

What a great campground. Fishing on site, deer prancing through in early am. Friendly staff, clean restrooms/showers. Even a musical jam fest on Thursday evening. Friendly, clean and laid back. Enjoyed ourselves and look forward to our return.

Boy, this place has it all. Big trees, running stream, steam locomotive bridge, fishing, secluded tent campsites, morning coffee, free firewood, and even the occasional bear visit. Restrooms/showers clean and neat. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Very pleasant, laid back campground...
